  • What’s the deal with grills? Why can’t I have one?

    No Open Flame Cooking Devices – it’s the law in Fort Collins (for multi family dwellings).

  • Are there any pet or animal restrictions?

    According to the Carriagetown Condo covenants document (section 30.c), each unit may have one household pet, no more than 15 pounds.

  • Even if my rental property management said a pet was ok?

  • Can I install a Dish, or other similar service?

    You can have a Dish, however it can NOT be attached to the building in any way.

  • Can I store my trailer/RV/boat in the parking lot?

    No. However they may be parked as a temporary expedience for loading, unloading, delivery of goods or services, or emergency. Overnight parking is prohibited.
